The extent of up-to-dateness of the data is indicated in the relevant section in the left part of the screen. The search history for each search indicates the up-to-dateness as of the date of the relevant search.

Applications published by Rospatent require processing, inputting and checking. Therefore they are not inputted in the database and, consequently, are not taken into account at once. Full data of such applications is available not later than in two weeks after the submission of the relevant application to the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS). Before such time, some data may be missing.

The database is updated every day.

The status “Archive” is indicated for marks that are no longer available on the website of wipo.org due to reasons unknown for us.

The International Classification of Goods and Services (ICGS) is used for the registration of trademarks and built based on the principle of uniformity of types of goods and services.

ICGS classes constitute the totality of goods or services divided into groups. The ICGS contains 45 classes: 34 classes of goods (1 to and including 34) and 11 classes of services (35 to and including 45).

Read carefully the full list of classes of the ICGS or simply start imputing the name of a commodity or a service in the search box and the search engine will select the most suitable classes for you.

Corresponding classes are classes containing uniform goods / services with respect to the trademark of interest for you. For instance, after the effective date of the 8^th version of the ICGS which included new classes (43, 44, and 45), some services previously included in class 42 were reclassified or excluded from the ICGS.

For the convenience of users, corresponding classes are highlighted in light blue when ICGS classes are selected in search parameters.

Marks with respect to which no classes are indicated are searched for based on their word description. This is made to get the fullest results.

The range of marks retrieved as a result of the query may be filtered based on the application submission date, registration date or expiry date, similarity extent, ICGS classes or statuses. In order to enable a filter, click the “filter” icon and select the required parameters.

The data range retrieved as a result of the query may be sorted by any field of the table of the retrieved marks. Numerical fields (application number, certificate number, similarity percentage) may be sorted in descending or ascending orders text fields (mark description, a holder) may be sorted alphabetically. In order to make sorting, click on the heading of the relevant column.

Open «Search History».

Select the query for which a report should be generated.

Select the marks to be included in the report. If all the marks are to be selected, for each category of marks (certificates, applications, international registrations), press “*” in the upper left corner near the heading of the relevant table.

Pass to the basket of the selected marks.

In the upper right corner of the popped-up window, press “Create a report” button and select the appropriate format.

Press the “Download the report” button and save the file on your device.

All the reports created by you are always available in the  «Saved Reports» section.

The up-to-dateness of data of the marks included in the report is determined based on the date of the generation of such report. For instance, if you have made a search and a report on it was made later, the information about the relevant marks (information about statuses, holder, validity term, etc.) will be up-to-date as of the moment of the report creation.

Results of all your queries are saved and you may review them at any time in the search history. However, keep in mind that the results (number of found marks) are up-to-date as of the date when the relevant search was made.

Monitoring is an excellent way to promptly find out about all the updates of the information about the trademarks of interest for you.

As a bonus, all customers of POISKZNAKOV.RU may benefit from the option of free weekly monitoring of search results during one month. If the system finds any new applications or certificates related to the query made during such period, you will be informed about this by relevant notice.

 

The monitoring launch does not differ from a search based on a similar query, except that it is necessary to indicate the date of the monitoring end and its frequency. In this case, results of the first monitoring will be all the similar and/or identical designations retrieved as of the launch date, the results of the second and subsequent monitoring will be the designations retrieved for a period which elapsed after the date of the last monitoring.

One may review new monitoring results or return to the review of the information retrieved as a result of the previous monitoring using the “My Monitoring” tab.

In order to increase / decrease the font, please, use the "Ctrl +" or "Ctrl -" shortcuts.

If the search duration exceeds 10 minutes, first of all, check the browser using which you run our service. For the proper operation of our website, we do not recommend you to use Internet Explorer. If possible, log in the system using the latest version of any other browser and see whether the search history shows the last query which you have made. If no such query is shown, please make such search once again.

The price of a search through databases of certificates, applications, international registrations mentioning Russia, well-known trademarks, appellations of origin (including appellation of origin applications) is 1,500 rubles, irrespective of the number of classes per 1 query + unrestricted number of views of the detailed information for marks, irrespective of the number of the retrieved marks. The price of a search through databases of domains is included in the price (no extra fee is charged for this).

The price for a search in the database of certificates is 50 rubles.

The price for a search based on the number is free of charge.

A search for 1,950 rubles is made through databases of certificates, applications, international registrations mentioning the Russian Federation, well-known trademarks, and appellations of origin. In particular, if the objective of your search is to check the eligibility, for registration, of the mark you are going to register as a trademark, then the trademarks retrieved from the said databases may be opposed during the expert examination made in Rospatent.

A search for 50 rubles allows one to make a search only through the database of registered national certificates. In order to make such search, please check only the database “Certificates of the Russian Federation” when selecting criteria for the query.

For individuals: 50 rubles to make a search through the database of registered trademarks or 1,950 rubles to make a search through the databases of trademarks registered or applied for registration as trademarks and international registrations mentioning the Russian Federation.

For legal entities: the minimum payment amount is 9,750 rubles under an agreement.

A legal entity may pay by wire transfer based on:

- an issued invoice (a request to issue an invoice should be sent to the e-mail of the account manager or to the following e-mail address support@poiskznakov.ru;

- an agreement; in this case, indicate in the payment destination the following: “Payment for information services under Agreement No. RU**** dated **.**.****, VAT-exempted.” The agreement number corresponds to the login assigned to the user upon the registration on website, the date of the agreement corresponds to the date of the registration on the website.

An individual may replenish his/her account:

- via the Robokassa payment system using any method convenient for him/her;

-  via SberbankOnline, using the  banking details of INTELSONLINE, LLC. 

In order to deposit money into the account, click the “Balance” button in the User Account menu and press the “Replenish” button.

If payment is made via the Robokassa payment system, the relevant amount is credited to the user account immediately.

In case of wire transfer based on the banking details and an invoice, the user account balance is replenished after the relevant amount has been credited to the current account of INTELSONLINE LLC (as a rule, 1 business day).

For prompt replenishment of the balance, we recommend you to send a document confirming the payment to the e-mail address of the account manager or to support@poiskznakov.ru.

In order to recover access to the user account on POISKZNAKOV.RU, use the “Forgot password” button on the User authorization page.

In order to change a password, please press the “Change Password” button in the User profile.
